In our twenty some years together DH and I have sold homes and moved five times. Yep this is our fifth house! In those same years we have purchased eight refrigerators. This is the first one that died young. Sammy’s (yes, I name them!) freezer was leaking, it was a freak accident when they delivered him. Sears has replaced our fridge with a brand new one of our choosing! Isn’t that exciting? We kinda have a thing for fridges.. we like them.. we also check out everyone’s fridge. Actually I have a thing for all things food related.

But back to my fridge.. it’s being delivered today. Sammy was a 28cu french door and Elmer is a 31cu french door. Elmer is beautiful. He is going to really like it here! He will be the center of attention!

I’ve gotten a lot of painting done and will be heading up to finish the drywall tomorrow. I’m almost back on track to be done before Halloween! We had a few days of cold weather and I am NOT looking forward to winter. After much deliberation I will try my hand at hand piecing this winter. I’ll get pictures once everything is ready!
